Beginning as a financial analyst at Fortune Brands while pursuing an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, managing large-scale development projects and operations. With over 15 years of experience, Miller has overseen the construction of numerous commercial properties, refining his expertise in project management, operational efficiency, and strategic partnerships. His work with PICKLETILE™ reflects this wealth of experience, combining innovative vision, precise execution, and a commitment to excellence.

Steven Blustein is an entrepreneur/innovator extraordinaire and the Co-Founder of both Gembah Inc and PrideBites Pet Products. He is an expert in product development and supply chain strategy. Over his career, Blustein has owned and operated businesses that have designed, manufactured and sold millions of consumer products from all over the world. He is well versed in foreign manufacturing strategy and has participated in every aspect of the product creation journey.

In 2016, Blustein was backed by two Sharks, Lori Grenier and Robert Herjavec, on ABC’s Shark Tank, and was a previous recipient of the Pet Industry 40 under 40 award. Blustein graduated from the University of Kansas with his Masters in Tax and is trilingual in English, Chinese and Spanish. Steven is married to his beautiful wife Kellie, and together they have a son, JB and two furry children named, Mona and Minnie.

Ross Chaifetz is the Managing Director at Chaifetz Group and Vice Chairman of the Board at Pickletile. He brings extensive strategic investment expertise across professional sports, maintaining one of the most comprehensive private portfolios in the pickleball ecosystem.

Ross, a key figure in the pickleball industry, owns and manages the St. Louis Shock Major League Pickleball franchise and serves as a Board Member at The Picklr, MLP’s Board of Governors, and the Owners’ Finance Committee. His investments span the entire pickleball ecosystem, including the United Pickleball Association, PPA, MLP, DUPR, and ventures in facilities, technology, equipment, and apparel. Beyond pickleball, his firm, Chaifetz Group, holds investments in venture capital, private equity, real estate, sports, and media. Under his leadership, Chaifetz Group led PICKLETILE inaugural private financing round, providing critical industry insights that continue to strengthen its market position.

With an MBA from Babson, he founded a customer acquisition agency, where he has spent the past three years helping SMBs grow through innovative sales tactics and operational efficiencies. Connor also gained expertise in high-net-worth management while working in a private family office in NYC.
