Scott Miller
Founder, CEO
Scott Miller, a veteran entrepreneur, has a talent for spotting trends and strategically creating value. Starting as a financial analyst at Fortune Brands and pursuing an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, he shifted towards entrepreneurship, taking on a significant Jimmy John’s franchising venture in South Florida.
Miller mastered operational, customer service, and team management skills, leveraging them to establish strategic partnerships with innovative restaurant brands Aloha Poke Co. and Sugar Factory. With 15 years of experience, Miller became an expert in construction building over 15 restaurants. PICKLETILE™ embodies this wealth of experience, showcasing a blend of innovative vision, precise execution, and steadfast commitment to excellence.
Steven Blustein
Co-Founder, President
Steven Blustein is an entrepreneur/innovator extraordinaire and the Co-Founder of both Gembah Inc and PrideBites Pet Products. He is an expert in product development and supply chain strategy. Over his career, Blustein has owned and operated businesses that have designed, manufactured and sold millions of consumer products from all over the world. He is well versed in foreign manufacturing strategy and has participated in every aspect of the product creation journey.
In 2016, Blustein was backed by two Sharks, Lori Grenier and Robert Herjavec, on ABC’s Shark Tank, and was a previous recipient of the Pet Industry 40 under 40 award. Blustein graduated from the University of Kansas with his Masters in Tax and is trilingual in English, Chinese and Spanish. Steven is married to his beautiful wife Kellie, and together they have a son, JB and two furry children named, Mona and Minnie.
David Finger
director of Operations
David Finger brings extensive consulting experience in helping companies scale through go-to-market strategies and operational efficiency. He specializes in turning strategy into actionable roadmaps. David holds a mechanical engineering degree from Washington University in St. Louis and began his career in tech consulting at Accenture and Nexient (acquired by NTT Data). With an MBA from Babson, he founded a customer acquisition agency, where he has spent the past three years helping SMBs grow through innovative sales tactics and operational efficiencies. David is a driving force behind our exceptional offerings and execution.
Matt Rineberg

Matt Rineberg, National Sales Director at PICKLETILE™, brings extensive experience from his previous role as Midwest Sales Manager at Har-Tru, overseeing a nine-state territory in tennis and pickleball construction. A former college tennis player, Matt set a record at Illinois Wesleyan and later captained the St. Louis University team.
His career spans professional hitting partner roles and managing tennis clubs across several states. In addition, Matt excels in sales, marketing, and sponsorships, having negotiated numerous club deals and personal endorsements. His expertise will be instrumental in driving PICKLETILE™’s national growth.
Ryan Wach
Head of engineering
Ryan Wach is a seasoned engineering leader with two decades of experience in product development and design thinking. He has successfully spearheaded the development and implementation of innovative technologies while leading teams at Walt Disney Imagineering and Miso Robotics. With a Mechanical Engineering degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Florida State, Ryan possesses a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen. Holding over 15 patents, his track record reflects a deep commitment to innovation and problem-solving. His bilingual proficiency in English and German, coupled with extensive international experience, further enriches his global perspective.
Lincoln Evans-Beauchamp

With over 30 years of expertise in engineering and design, Lincoln stands as a leader in his field. His comprehensive knowledge spans product design, mechanical engineering, stress analysis, fluid dynamics, software design, electrical engineering, and control system design. Beyond his technical prowess, Lincoln has over 20 years of business experience, having successfully founded a dozen startups, four of which went public.
Lincoln’s academic credentials are equally impressive, with degrees in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Webb Institute, Nuclear Engineering from Bettis, and Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford. His unique blend of technical mastery and business acumen positions him as a true expert and innovator in the industry.
Mats Jonmarker
Expert Construction Coordinator
Mats Jonmarker, founder of MTJ Sports in Chicago, attributes his 30 years of success in sports construction to his past experience competing as a professional athlete. Excelling in hockey and soccer, and even joining the PGA in 1985, his diverse athletic background has shaped his approach to building top-quality courts with a particular focus on performance. MTJ Sports specializes in the design, build, and resurface of both indoor and outdoor pickleball, tennis, and padel courts. Mats’ commitment to sports court construction has propelled MTJ Sports to an elite status within the industry executing hundreds of tennis and pickleball courts in the midwest.
