Questions

Before the conversation.

Who is a good fit as a referral partner?

A racquets professional with genuine country-club relationships and the ability to make an appropriate introduction when a relevant project arises. You do not need a club project to apply.

How is the referral fee calculated?

The stated fee is 2% of total project cost for an eligible referred project that reaches a signed contract. Historical referral checks have averaged roughly $40,000, but that is an approximate past average, not a typical result or guarantee. Confirm eligibility and full terms with PICKLETILE.

When would a fee be paid?

We review eligibility, payment timing, and full program terms with you before any introduction. An eligible referral is tied to a project that reaches a signed PICKLETILE contract.

Can I introduce the club where I work or serve on the board?

Possibly, but your club’s rules and conflict-of-interest requirements matter. Disclose your role and obtain any needed approval. This page does not promise personal compensation to a club employee or board member.

Do I need a club project to apply?

No. Tell us about your professional background and network first. A specific club opportunity can be discussed later, when there is a real project and permission to make an introduction.

Should I name a club or manager in my application?

No. The application is about you and your professional network. Do not include a manager’s private contact information; any later introduction should be coordinated with permission.
