INTRODUCING INFINITYGATE™

INFINITYGATE™ is the access and security feature of the PICKLEGLASS™ system. It is fully integrated, offering cloud-based access control software designed to empower managers of multi-family housing, country clubs, commercial facilities, and similar industries. This system allows users to remotely manage and control court access from anywhere in the world, providing a convenient and secure solution for managing high-end sports facilities.

A Smart Lock is an electronic lock that enables keyless entry via PIN codes, key cards, fobs, or smartphones. It connects to the internet using wireless protocols like Wi-Fi, allowing remote control through a smartphone or laptop. This provides a convenient and secure way to manage access to properties.

RemoteLock is the pre-installed access control software within INFINITYGATE™. It is designed to manage essential security and access functions efficiently. RemoteLock provides users with the ability to control and monitor access remotely, ensuring robust security and easy management from anywhere. This integration allows for seamless management of court access, offering both convenience and enhanced security.

RemoteLock utilizes a tiered pricing structure, ranging from $6 to $12 per month for each lock. While this option may not include the extensive features provided by the CourtReserve upgrade, many customers find the native RemoteLock software’s capabilities sufficient for their needs. It offers essential security and access controls that allow users to manage entry permissions effectively without the need for the more advanced functionalities offered by the CourtReserve system.

Most smart locks can function without internet by using edge computing, storing valid credentials locally on the lock. This allows for immediate access even if the network is down. While remote access management requires internet connectivity, the lock’s basic function of locking and unlocking remains intact. Algorithmic PIN locks offer a network-free solution by using encrypted PIN codes to grant access, making them suitable for locations with limited Wi-Fi access.

INFINITYGATE™ operates on four AA batteries that last between 12-18 months before needing replacement. For convenience, PICKLETILE™ offers a battery replacement service for a small additional fee. Alternatively, the system provides alerts and notifications when the battery is running low. INFINITYGATE™ also includes physical keys for emergency situations where the batteries have been depleted.

CourtReserve is an optional software integration with the INFINITYGATE™ system, specifically designed to enhance the management of tennis and pickleball clubs. This comprehensive platform streamlines various club operations, including court reservations, member management, and event scheduling. Its user-friendly interface caters to both administrators and players, facilitating easy management of bookings and membership details. Additionally, CourtReserve includes advanced features such as payment processing, detailed reporting, and communication tools, which collectively contribute to more efficient and organized club operations.

CourtReserve offers a tiered pricing model based on the specific needs and size of the facility. Typically, the monthly subscription fee ranges from $99 to $199, depending on the features and level of service required. This flexible pricing structure allows facilities to choose a plan that best fits their operational demands.
